You need to apply and obtain the proper trade license from the local municipal corporation. Use the application form (in many cities also available on-line at the municipality's web-site) enclose the required documents like property tax bill or rent receipt. You may also require a No Objection Certificate from the local Fire Department. Since it's a hair salon you will require water so you need to have a water connection from the Bangalore Water %26amp; Sewage Board. Same with electricity connection - you should have a commercial electric meter installed at your salon and you should pay your bills regularly.
