Im building a salon in a garage. I want to pump the water from two sinks where hair will be washed to a drain 20ft away (horizontal). What kind of pump would i use? (not affected by the hair, soap, bleach, dyes, ect) Pump for a hair salon sink? ?
You can get pumps that are used when basements are below grade and sewer systems. You can also get pumps that will handle toilet waste if you have to pump that up to a sewer or septic system. Any reputable plumbing supply house could advise on the local options. If they do not normally carry them then they should be able to order those pumps.
You may have to have the sinks drain into a drum and put the pump in the drum to automatically pump it out.
